Classes (pilates)

Clinical exercise - small groups

Our Clinical Exercise Classes are led by our highly experienced, postgraduate trained Physiotherapists, providing a supportive and motivating environment where you can move with confidence.

These small, personalised sessions are perfect for those seeking a tailored program and individualised guidance. Each class is designed to meet your unique goals - whether that’s recovering from injury, managing neck/back/hip pain, strengthening your pelvic floor and core or improving posture, flexibility and overall stability.

We focus on integrating pelvic health rehabilitation with whole body strength and mobility, to build lasting stability and functional movement for everyday life.

Our classes combine reformer and mat pilates with functional strength and mobility training - a blend that we feel achieves best results by combining different movement patterns. Class sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure quality care, with options for 4:1, 2:1, and 1:1 sessions.

Pre/Post Natal Circuit

Experience expertly designed classes so that you can move with confidence throughout your pregnancy and into motherhood.

At Flow Pelvic Physio we advocate for women to exercise regularly throughout their Pregnancy and the Postpartum journey, as research consistently shows the physical and psychological benefits gained from regular exercise*

Our Pre/Post natal pilates classes are run by our highly experienced, postgraduate trained Physios, where we provide a fun and supportive environment where you can exercise safely and effectively. Classes follow the latest evidence-based guidelines for exercise during the Pregnancy and Postnatal periods and are specifically designed to support you both physically and mentally during a time of significant change with increased demands on the body. With a maximum of just six participants per class, our classes are a personalised, supportive environment where you are guided with compassion and care

Our classes combine reformer and mat pilates with functional strength and mobility training - a blend that we feel achieves best results by combining different movement patterns. Every exercise is thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs, adapting to your changing body and how you feel on the day. Bubs up to crawling age are welcome to attend.
