  • Your lovely self! If you do have a referral letter or report please bring it along however this is not essential.

  • Absolutely! As a new Mother it can be extremely hard to leave the house, we want to make this as easy as possible for you.

  • Free 2 hour parking is available at the front of the clinic. If attending during peak times please be mindful of clearways. Extra parking is available in the surrounding residential streets and are only a short walk away.

  • Physiotherapy services are claimable via private health insurance, the rebate amount will vary depending on your individual provider. Please contact your insurer directly for questions regarding rebate amounts.

    Team Care Arrangement plans via your GP are welcome. Please note that these appointments require full fee payment on the day of service with rebate claimable via medicare.

  • We will always respect your informed choice. At Flow Pelvic Physio we strive to provide evidence based, trauma informed and compassionate care. During your appointment your Physiotherapist will make recommendations and offer different assessment techniques and treatment options, which are based on both available evidence and clinical experience. This will include a discussion regarding benefits and risks of any proposed assessment and treatments, address any reservations or concerns you may have and offer alternatives to ensure you feel informed and comfortable with your treatment plan.

  • We appreciate that your time is precious and hope you understand that ours is too. We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours notice for any changes to your appointment, so that we are able to help others. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time will be billed at 50% of the consultation fee. Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice and no shows will be billed at 100% of the consultation fee. Health fund rebates do not apply to these fees. Please note we are a privately run clinic, thank you for supporting our small business.

  • We respect your privacy. Patient details and clinical records are kept confidential. In some cases, it may be beneficial for your Physiotherapist to discuss your treatment plan with another member of your healthcare team. If you do not consent to this you can notify your Physiotherapist during your appointment.
